Update: Comcast responds to “unlimited” internet use
Yesterday’s article about the customer who had their Comcast Internet access cut-off has had a reply; it is shaky at best and doesn’t answer all the questions.
Illustrative examples of such usage on a monthly basis would include:
- Sending or receiving 256,000 photos
- Downloading 30,000 songs
- Sending or receiving 13 million e-mails.
This issue is only going to grow, as mentioned before, because on demand content is getting bigger and consumers want more of it. Downloadable movies, TV show, music, etc. Sadly, I don’t see Comcast making any attempt to address the real issues.
