		<description>I think for me, avoiding the scale is the biggest thing.  I have an obsessive compulsive problem with certain things in my life (although they usually only last a short while till I bore of them), when I start to diet, I will get on the scale daily, which is very bad.

Focus more on how clothing fits and how you look in a mirror, not on setting a goal of obtaining a certain weight or to loose just 5 more pounds.</description>
