The next best thing to owning a supercar
Since the time I was a child I’ve had a fascination with cars, usually exotic imports, but not dismissing good ol’ American muscle either. Since turning 16 I’ve owned more then a dozen cars and spent thousands upon thousands of dollars customizing them. Over the last dozen years of doing so, I’ve also realized that it has, to some extent, but a big waste of money.
Yes I did enjoy them, but I also lost money and ended up selling them all (or wrecking them, but we won’t discuss that). I enjoy the car scene still; I just don’t sink money into it. One way of doing so is by using a custom supercar wallpaper. Simply putting one of these as your desktop wallpaper gives me some sort of happiness, since I probably won’t ever own one of these cars; at least I can look at some great photos of them.
In addition to some great graphics, you can also find motoring news and info on used cars at the site vcars.co.uk (England based). The site is very well laid out, there is barely any advertising on it and it is easy on the eyes. Because it is based on the other side of the pond, the news section gives some insight to cars we will just never see here in America, something that often angers me. They appear to update it often and keep everything relevant.
