RCN is my cable company, and up until last week, everything was grand with them.  Last week, they ruined my life.  They moved channels around, for no good reason.  Worst of all, they replaced the E! channel with Lifetime!  Then I had to go hunting into the high 80′s and low 90′s to find A&E, E! and a few other channels I watch on a normal basis.  Why? What good does this do the end customer?
