		<description>I understand your frustration with the company -- but they apologized and gave you the part you wanted free in order to make up for their mistake.

I can&#039;t count how many times a company has messed up an order or made my experience with them difficult and after they admit to making a mistake ... they do nothing.

So I wouldn&#039;t be too harsh on this company since they did something many other companies wouldn&#039;t - they made an extra effort to try and make you a happy customer.</description>
