It seems like everyone’s got their own special cure for a hangover. Some say drink water in between each drink to help fight dehydration. Some say just drink less. I’ve even heard of people drinking coconut water (not coconut milk) that has been extracted from immature coconuts. The fact of the matter is that hangovers happen and the only thing you can really do is lessen the severity of them. If you’re not one of the lucky few who rarely experience a hangover after a night of drinking, or you’re just a drunk, you might as well consume drinks that help lessen hangovers.

Clear Alcohols with Water Based Mixers: Clear alcohols (Vodka, Gin, Light Rum, etc.) have less hangover causing Congeners, and water based mixers will lessen dehydration.
