Giving away 4 OiNK invites

I have four more invites to the torrent tracker OiNK to give away. Because I cannot sell them due to the TOS, I�ve decided on having a little fun in giving them away. Last time I posted about invites for OiNK I got flooded with requests for them, this time it will be a bit more random instead of first come first serve.

If you don�t know what bittorrent is, please do a little research and make sure it is something you are interested in. If you don�t know what OiNK is, you probably aren�t interested either, but it is the granddaddy of music and software torrent sites. Their motto is, �If it�s not here, it doesn�t exist.�

How you can get yourself an invite. Make a post on your blog about how bad you want an invite and how rad Randon3ss.com is, making sure Randomn3ss.com is a click able link (like I just did). Be creative with this, have some fun. These invites cannot be bought and the only way to get one is from a member of the community in good standing. If you don�t have your own blog, make a posting on your MySpace blog (not a bulletin posting) or Facebook as a blog entry, Vox or on LiveJournal. When you are done, post the link to your blog post as a comment here (be sure you use a valid email address in the comment box). On Friday August 10th around noon or so I will pick 4 random people who have both left comments to this post and have linked to their blog posting.

OiNK has pretty strict seeding rules as well. If you can�t seed, don�t bother, they will boot you after one infraction and it is nearly impossible to get back on the site.

Yes I�m aware this has been a fairly vague posting, it is done on purpose. Now go get writing!

I disagree that “first come, first served” is an appropriate strategy for giving away these OiNK invites. This blog is called “Randomn3ss” after all. It should definitely be random.
