Firefox community site gets relaunch
| Being a huge fan of Firefox already, I’m glad to see they have revamped the community that supports the add-ons, plug-ins and extensions. The newer site makes finding these add-ons much easier, has better search ability and overall a nicer look to it. Being open source, the ability for anyone to write an add-on for Firefox is the key factor for it being my primary browser and the one I suggest to just about everyone, Windows and Mac based. | |
| Wired has done an interview with Mike Shaver, a technology strategist with Mozilla to further explain why the relaunch was necessary and what all it includes. The article can be read here. | |
