Anyone who has spent time in Manhattan knows that one of the best ways to get around is a bicycle. The downside is theft of bikes in the city is just a fact of life. Your bike will get stolen, or at the very least vandalized in some shape or form. A few friends who got sick of getting their bikes stolen, or parts stolen off them set out on a sunny morning during rush hour to see just how easy it would be to steal their own bikes with their own locks. The places they chose were all highly visible, the tools they use to get them are in some cases amazing, the reaction however, and well that is just priceless.
